Schooling and it’s effects on children: Islāmabād
Schooling and it’s effects on children:
The first article I wrote on avalanches was about how I wasn’t satisfied with the school systems that are in care of youth today.
Todays article is somewhat related to that, where i’m going to share some of my experiences and sharing a general picture of how today’s system effects students in a good as well as bad way.
As I have written before schools today do not welcome new ideas, frankly speaking they can’t except the new generation, or well that’s what I think. I mean, it’s 2020 and we’re still studying Microsoft 2007. When we get to our engineering classes no one is going to even ask how to open word document on the 2007 interface.
First of all, schools should get the new edition of all books every year because holding children back from what’s going on in the present is useless maybe it saves them the trouble of searching new answers...
Second, sometimes the student is right. Many teachers do acknowledge that and they are overall very good to students but there is a small community of teachers that believe that they are the only sophisticated people in the room, it isn’t a big issue but it’s irritating that even if you were wrong isn’t it a students job to question the reason to the solution?
Ive met many teachers who are verbally abusive towards her students and I don’t blame their anger most of the time because students can also get extremely irritating at times but to an extent, I think many people in anger forget that those around them aren’t punching bags or stress relief balls you can squeeze the hell out of.
Many teachers, who aren’t frustrated just naturally like to criticise others around them and it hurts, it hurts very bad no matter how mentally strong you find yourself to be.
I know because it’s happened to me, where I got rejected as an eleven year old with a tall height in a singing competition because my voice wasn’t ‘mature’ enough.
And believe me I haven’t sung infront of anyone since.
My point is, degrading someone using verbal attacks is the most successful assault you could use to ultimately destroy someone from the inside, while many people can fix themselves or receive help many out there are only killing themselves inside.
However, everyone has their flaws. Nothing in life can be perfect, but that doesn’t mean that we ignore problems with a huge impact, like ruining a students motivation, his mentality his holes his dreams everything while trying to force him into sharing an idea that you think is correct and may or may not be wrong or Illogical.
Limiting ones brain to only go by the book to get an A+ on a test that no ones going to use in his practical life and ignoring the essential information about the real outside world.
Even so, there are many teachers out there who wish they could do this but can’t because it’s against orders, not all teachers are bad, the people that taught me in my previous classes, the ones who believed in me who put their all in me, I think everything that I do today is because they taught me to forge my own path when I don’t like the one forged for me.
I think that every one every where needs to change some things that effect those around them.

Sons and daughters:
Why is it that ‘beta’ is used for sons, and ‘beti’ as well as ‘beta’ can be used for a daughter?
That is because a female can easily adapt to different circumstances in her life, when she needs to she can be the male figure her family needs and when needed she can be the necessary female figure needed to keep her family stable, however a male no matter what he does can only remain the male figure and cannot become the female figure for his family,
Women are strong, we are strong. Being strong doesn’t mean that women have jobs and work outside no, being strong means we play an important role in the lives of those around us, we have good characters and being strong to me, also means that we realise our worth and without forcing make others around us know that too.
It is a mother’s arms that cradles the baby, a mother’s womb the child’s first home, no matter if he’s male or female, the first school for a child is his mother, point is we women set the base for our country’s youth, it isn’t men it’s women, without women, even men could not be born.
So don’t thing that your son is superior to your daughter, the prophet also says that a person is only superior to each other on the basis of his faith. It is a parent’s job to raise strong daughters and sons with strong characters who will sure to raise the name of the country.
Many people have many different views regarding their lives. Wether you see it as a long journey, a war or any other thing, it doesn’t change life’s rules.
No matter how you see it, as a long day or as a war or maybe as a long train ride, life has its ups and downs, like after a bright day comes a dark night, like how sacrifices must be made to win a war, like how a train goes through a dark tunnel and comes back into the light, these dark times in your life are only temporary, they will pass for Allah is with you and he has said it his himself that after every hardship will come ease.
Trust your lord and have patience, cherish every moment in your life because life is too short to be spent in despair. All of us know life comes with ups and downs, a heart beat is only normal when it goes both ways: up and down, if it remains static then, their is no heart beat is there? The heart stops, and so does life if it remains static.
Trust these times in your life because it is what you need for your personal growth.
Welcome change in your life, enjoy it and stay happy, it isn’t easy to remain optimistic all your life, everyone has their moments what matters is you get out of that phase and return with full strength,

When realization hits:
It's funny how we humans only realize the worth of something when it is taken away from us. How we only want the things that are not given to us. How we envy others because of their luxury.
Yesterday my mother, father and siblings left for Lahore and even if it were just for a day me and my brother missed them so much.
When they weren't gone I would complain to my mother that we would never have a decent conversation because she was always busy, I would complain that my father wouldn't take us anywhere and that my siblings were always crying and throwing tantrums.
Now that they are away I do realize that even seeing them in front of my eyes alive and well was too big of a blessing, eating the food that my mom cooked for me, hugging my dad when he returned from work, comforting my siblings when they were hurt.
It's strange that how in a span of 24 hours I've realized so many things in my life that if were taken away from me I would have remained traumatized for life.
Many times in cartoons, dramas they show the protagonist as an orphan who had been bullied and abused and yet still was happy and cheerful and many times us kids create our own character of this sort to fit in the show and wish to live a life as theirs but,
It's not that easy, manning up and facing the world, when many adults struggle with this so thinking logically how could we?
In the end my point is that these annoying siblings and controlling parents of ours are the truest and purest gift of life so no matter where you are and who you are just take a second and be grateful for this gift of life.

Assalam u alaikum everyone!
Today instead of writing about some small perks of society I'm here to ask you to answer some of my questions.
Have you ever felt that even after having all the blessings of the world... you're still empty?
Is it really important to express yourself among people?
Why do people think that if someone tries to rebel with society they're mad?
Why do most people think that of all people they are the ones on the right path?
Does someone really need a bad past to be depressed?
Why are psychopaths considered mad or abnormal just because they have different views of the world?
What can a person really achieve by memorizing a book to get good grades?
I wanted to write about one of these things but I couldn't find the answers to any of these and lately I've been thinking about a lot of things so please share your answers with me.

The recent Peshawar bomb blast:
Listening to the news few days before we were informed of a threat in Peshawar of a bomb blast and as warned a few days later the blast happened at a religious school or commonly known as ‘madrasah’ fell victim to the blast.
With many casualties, many parents lost the happiness of their lives who knows?
Now tell me just a few days before there was talk about Pakistan being in the grey list or such and I have noticed and I’m sure others have too that whenever this topic arises a blast after is sure to happen.
Some blame it on the army while others blame some mafia or government.
An old rumour was that only the children of civilians were killed in the tragic army public attack in 2014and those of army officers were barely injured, and also that it was a conspiracy of the army.
So many rumours mixed with the truth and filled with lies I believe that as citizens of Pakistan we have to raise our voice to know what is going on in our own country. The government, the intelligence can’t fool us forever... it’s time we actually know the reality and if it is not handed to us then fight for it.
I as a citizen of Pakistan refuse to live in a country where reality is kept from me and where I am being fooled just to keep alive the reputation of some punks standing as our leaders.
The holy prophet (PBUH) always favoured truth and he never cared about the reputation of the leaders of the tribe or rich families NO he always punished one who was caught doing wrong.
My point is that all that our dear prime minister has been babbling about ‘Riasat e madeena ‘ should also take in notice that in that golden age truth ruled over lies, the sahabah knew all that was going on on the inside and the prophet worked hard and really did feel the loss of his fellow musli s as a leader unlike him who sits freely and comfortably doing nothing but wasting money that he could be using to secure the country on lavish food he doesn’t even eat.
The country belongs to us civilians not to these fake two faced punks who never even thought of spending a penny for the betterment of our country.

The Covid-19 is a really dangerous virus. Because of this virus, we learned things that we never wanted to learn. People say that the whole year is wasted, but some people say this year changed our lives forever. Some students say this virus wasted the whole year because we had to take online classes which were boring but, some people had fun in taking online classes. As a student of 4th standard this year was a tough year I didn't go to school for almost 7 months. Some foreigners thought that our Pakistani people saying "corona warona kuch nahi hota" was our confidence. I am just gonna say that if the next year will be like this we will try our best to make it better than this, how can we can do that it is easy as it looks 1. Wear masks 2. keep a safe distance of 6 meters 3. Try not to go outside without a very special reason. A happy New year in advance and that was it. Keep Smiling and Babye
The Covid-19 has shown its diversified impacts on various business segments around the globe. The food business has also shown the adjustments with the changing consumer behaviors. From dine-in to takeaways and indoors to outdoors, the share of food business is being redistributed among its stake holders. It has been observed that the large restaurants faced huge financial crisis as compared with the small ones in past half year. Over the period of last 6 months in Lahore city, around 20% of relatively big restaurants have either been closed or moved to a smaller set up with only takeaways and home deliveries. Similarly on the employment side, the nature of jobs have been changing from order takers and servers to delivery boys or even some have changed their industry entirely due to salary cuts and joblessness. The uncertainties are still going on in all sectors until the execution of any proper solution of Covid-19 in form of vaccine or otherwise.
