Plot:
The story is about a Shepherd boy from Spain whose name is Santiago. He can read and wants to travel. He goes into town one day to sell some of his flock and encounters a tramp-king and a gypsy woman. They urge him to ‘follow his omens’ and leave the world he knows. The gypsy points him toward the pyramids of Egypt, where she says he will find a treasure.
Crazily, he believes her, sells his flock and sets sail. A thief in Tangier robs him of his savings. But, strangely, Santiago is not devastated, apprehending a greater feeling of knowing that he is on the right path. He is now living a different life, in which every day is new and satisfying.
He keeps reminding himself of what he was told in the market before he left: ‘When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.’
What I liked:
This book left a big impression on me.It’s almost as if, while you’re reading it, you can imagine your grandfather telling it to you as if it’s a tale from his childhood. I always thought that novels were a waste of time because you never learn any “real life” lessons from them, but this book finally proved me wrong.
The story itself is special. There were a few times where I seriously couldn’t sleep, reading impatiently in the middle of the night to find out what happened next it was as if I am watching web series like The Family Man to know what will happen next.
Now you might ask, what is an alchemist? From what I understood, an alchemist is like a magician chemist who can turn any metal into gold. But throughout the story and the search for the alchemist, I felt like this was more a metaphor for life in general. If we follow our own “Personal Legends” we can perform the same magic – turn our ordinary lives into gold, as long as we believe in the journey and don’t give up on what we believe is our destiny. If you’re looking for inspiration, this story brings it in droves.
My thoughts
The Alchemist is a fantastic book and the storytelling is beautiful. The choice of words are impeccable, full of wisdom and philosophy . I totally loved it. The story is very enchanting and bursts with optimism which I think is very important in our lives. The book shows that the journey to your destiny is as important as the destiny itself. I love how the book emphasizes on the importance of faith, hope and spirituality through the story of an ordinary boy. I think this book appeals to everyone because we all have dreams and sometimes we just want someone to tell us that they may come true. Overall,”The Alchemist”is a very exciting fiction novel and it deserves a space at everyone’s bookshelf. This book changed my life after this book i start write Articles and now i wrote some articles in urdu and English language
Favorite Quotes from the Book:

“One is loved because one is loved. No reason is needed for loving.” Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist

"It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting"
Conclusion from the Story
1) Fear is a bigger obstacle than the obstacle itself.
2) What is "true" will always endure.
3) Gratitude is the practice of finding the good in each day.
4) Embrace the present.
5) Growth, change and evolution are weaved into the fabric of reality.
6) Actions will flow out of having confidence in your decision.

Time Power (Book Review) Article:
Today I am describing in my own words after reading Brian Tracy's book “Time Power” which has been translated by Asad Kazmi with additions.
I have described this book in my own words after reading it. Brian Tracy has written this book summarizing his 25 years of research. Brian Tracy says in this book that this book can make a significant difference in your life. This is not my claim, it is "belief".
This book is all about time management. This book covers all the ways that successful people have been successful in their lives. This book consists of twelve chapters. This book is very useful for four types of people.
1) Businessman
2) Salesman
3) Owners of companies
4) And those who want to run their lives with time.
Time management is an art in itself that allows you to build a successful life and achieve many successes.
By reading this book, you will learn all the principles and methods that will lead you to success. This book outlines all the principles and methods that can help you become a successful person.
The most important and basic feature of setting and following the time is that you have to set the time and believe in yourself because not believing will not lead you to success.
These books are about achieving success by setting the time. This book explains the ways to manage time and how you can become a successful person by managing time. If you control time, you can be sure that you can achieve as much as you want.
It is stated in this book that when you start the journey towards success by setting the time, then many obstacles will start to arise in your mind. You start to think that I have imprisoned myself for setting the time and taken away my freedom, but not at all because you don't believe in yourself and your time, as long as you By then you will not believe that such obstacles will arise. There will be many such obstacles but you just have to believe in yourself.
Reading this book will help you to know the practical plans, methods and strategies for achieving high success.
It is not enough just to read this book, but the real purpose will be achieved when you make the principles contained in this book a part of life.
In this book, the author has written on many subjects, all of which are beneficial. But what I like is the "ways to enhance your skills." In order to enhance your abilities, first of all highlight your abilities and recognize them. Get into the habit of talking to yourself to highlight your abilities. And imagine yourself to have immense abilities, you have the ability to do everything easily.
In this book, the author has written another article very well that is "Join the most successful people". These articles are useful for those who want to make themselves successful. By reading this book, you will be able to articulate your goals. And to learn how to work towards those goals and find all the ways that will help you on the path to success.

Kind of HUMAN, but not treated as a human being
Transgender, who face discrimination, harassment, and bullying – from adults and kids alike – simply for existing. Moreover, they are left abandoned by their families or compelled to escape from home to join close-knit transgender communities. Why is this so? After all, Allah has made them that was not their sin to be born this way. besides, they deserve the same level of respect and love, as we do.
In contrast, the transgender community has fallen victim to harassment and sexual violence by the police and other powerful men. A very brutal, yet, accurate reflection of the problems faced by the transgender community is the recent ‘Sialkot incident’. There, a group of men from a local gang took hostage of several transgender persons and violated them throughout the night. The victims were brutally tortured, gang-raped, made to drink the urine of their tormentor, and burned with cigarettes. Besides, abuse was taped by the tormentors themselves and leaked onto social media to further embarrass the victims.
Apart from harassment, the transsexual community falls victim to a lack of educational and work opportunities. Since the transgender community is not really accepted in Pakistan, they have limited opportunities in comparison to everyone else. As a result, the seed of poverty begins to grow that results in homelessness or to become street beggars, dancers, and in the worst-case- prostitutes…
Then society blames them for spoiling the peace of nature, and what to say on the peace of those innocent hearts that you have crumpled the whole life???
A girl is always compared to an angel…
A boy is always compared to a bold character…
Then why not a transgender can be called as an angelic bold person!!!
WOMEN: Assets or Liabilities?
We are all born women and men. These are basic categories of human existence; acceptance of them unites religions and cultures. They are invaluable categories of social organization then why a boy is widely viewed as an asset; a future breadwinner, and caregiver who will not only look after his parents when they become old but also responsible for their new breed generation. A girl, on the other side, is seen as a liability, just because their parents are pressured by society to pay dowries when their daughters marry?
In contrast, Male education effects only his family while, when a woman is educated it can have a ripple effect within a family and across generations. Besides, investing in girl’s education yield a tremendous effect over a rotten society because when they know their rights it eventually develops the confidence to claim them properly. Moreover, they will also be less likely to become a victim in human trafficking. Indeed, when they are uneducated they become their prioritized target. Infact, women are the custodians of the values that sustain our society. How we see and treat them will determine the kind of future we create for the next generation. Now, it’s high time to stop debating about their worth and start seeing them as they should be: a valuable asset in society. Women's rights is not a women’s issue. It is human rights.
In addition to this, Women always endure themselves as homemakers and breadwinner as well if needed; however, in our society women are seen as a burden on the household and thankless responsibility. They are perceived as offspring who, unlike the sons, would not carry on the family’s name. Instead, a great amount of money would have to be arranged for their wedding which would benefit the homes of their husband’s families. apart from this, women contribute an essential part than any other gender. they take care of her family, nourish them, protect them like an umbrella in heavy rain, she does not get back in the hard knocks to step outside the home to earn and support her family without waiting for someone's help.
She's an asset, not a liability. She's the backbone. She's the one, not the one of many. She's worth a commitment. She's there to help, not to hinder. Let a woman be who God intended her to be, and your life will be better for it.
What happens when you raise voice against injustice?
While living in the 21st century, when some things are so transparent and open, the rural citizenry of Sindh has its own woeful tales to tell. They are hidden from urbanites, different in contours but similar in theme – extortion, abuse of political power, violations of laws and regulations is what these stories vividly speak of. What makes these stories different is the undertone of rebellion and a search for the straight path instead of succumbing to the crooked and devious.
One significant case from rural Setharja is that of Jogi goth. On Saturday 16th of march 2020, the Family of a reputed teacher, at IBA Jacobabad, was allegedly attacked by despot for just a piece of land. He was not only hurled abused but also threatened to leave the bargain while there is no room for a fair negotiation or face dire consequences. Prior to this, a number of court trials were held for over 4 months to resolve the matter through the law, and finally, when they got possession, this tragic event occurred. Because some people took the law on themselves for a piece of land. Does the question rise that all this because the victim claims the possession of property that belongs to him? Or is that out of fear and for the sake of peaceful life, it is necessary to compromise with louts, who threats at gunpoint and ask to do anything, no matter how wrong it is?
Would we, who believe in nationalism and justice, have to see such a day of misery, when a reputed teacher was brutally beaten by some influential people of a village just for a piece of land that yet officially belongs to him. Was it because he raised his voice against injustice?
This might be the first time they tried to take his land but if measure precautions are not taken, next time he will be left for dead. If we don’t speak up today for the injustice and misery of this case or in general then when tomorrow it is our turn or of someone we care, there will be no one left to speak out against it.
[ ] Corona is no more a natural, It is nurtured now because, the pakistanis are really mehman Nawaz and they are nurturing Corona. They dont left anything useless. They utilize everything very effectively and efficiently. Just have a look at covid 19, which become an epic story from a pandemic bcz of very friendly user pakistani awam. In our society people thought if China and rest of the world has Corona in abundance than why should they live calmly.like other products of China, they must have this Corona along with its siblings; flu, breathlessness, cough and fever. So they had import corona effected people very immensly, qurantine them for few days and gift it to the rest of the public. Corona proved a very good nature guest. It made its special place in every nook and corner of the pakistan very rapidly just because of non serious and impatience attitude(violation of SOP's) of people towards this pandemic. It brought about lockdown, collapse economy, uncountable deaths and poverty. These are such repurcussions which can't be met until years. But on the other hand thanks to Covid-19, which despite so many catastrophic outcomes, also teach people, how to live simply, how to love life, how to love family, how to use scarce resources and last but not least how valuabe life is, which people have devaluted somewhere in the race of life and there is a power, omnipotent, omnipresent, that is Allah , who can stop the pendulum anytime, so don't proud on anything.

But according to others life is lideposit which you withdraw in life or after life...
But if you have any other thoughts about life.. Comment it... Thanks
LIFE (suicide)
Life is too short, it's common definition which we known since childhood some time from books and some advises of elders, story, poetry and from many other huge sources. But issue is that depress people are also wish that same shortness....... So that is no matter how long or short the life so we should learn the actual meaning of life......
firstly we should understand that life is not only your......
(A. It is the blessing and chance of god to you for achieve the goals and blessing of life .

ROAD OF DEAD BODIES
The title looks like a Hollywood movie name but it is not. Somewhere on earth, there is a road recognized as the” road of dead bodies”. Neither it is because of any power of plague nor it is because of terrorists, thieves, and robbers. However, it is because of a highway with a single lane. A road that connects Baluchistan to Sindh is still one way. Where daily, almost five or six accidents take place and push innocent souls towards death.
Undoubtedly, roads play a vital role in connecting different cities. They are the biggest sources of transportation and the convenient way to import and export goods within a country. A road that is a part of the Main R.C.D road is still one way from Karachi to Quetta. Due to this killer highway, people are losing their lives more in comparison to terrorist attacks across the province. An estimated four thousand people have succumbed to death in the accidents that occurred on this road.
This single-line highway almost connects ten major cities in Balochistan. Surprisingly 800 accidents were witnessed last year on this deadly road.
All in all, many promises have been made by the Government of Balochistan regarding the establishment of a dual carriage from Karachi to Quetta. Yet nothing has been done practically. At last, it is my humble request to the concerned authorities to build a dual carriage from Karachi to Quetta and save more lives from being the victim of it.

*"DON'T BLAME"*
Blaming others for our failure is the biggest failure ever . when anybody don't have encourage to overcome the failure or can not try to pass the failure then he obviously blames others for his loss/failure.
Failure does not mean that you are unable for anything actually failure teaches the real joy of success. To get success always is not greater then failing once then coming back and trying again. The comeback and trying again is the greatest encouragement .failing once then not trying again is worse but failing then blaming others is the worst ever.
Even don't blame, if you failed because of someone. Failing and then trying again is not an easy job. Be a source of encouragement for the ones who get fail and don't try again instead of being an example for the ones who get fail and blame others.
Blaming others is actually shows how weak you are. Accept the reality and try again. The failure will teach you how to celebrate your success . good is the one who gets success but the best is the one who gets success after his failure. Brave is the one who takes responsibility of his failure and try to make it better.
