These days our focus on our mental health has reduced due multiple reasons, it is as important as our physical health is but our daily routine, diet lifestyle keeps on changing and our focus on mental health decreases. we should be well aware of our mental health because one mentally disturbed person in family can disturb others mental healthy.it is not communicable but somehow it becomes communicable if u do not communicate or see a mental health professional. so i will be sharing some important tips and tricks to keep u mentally healthy.
