Presently, I would rather share some adverse effects of this game on children’s Physical and Mental health. One of the major effect is their violent behavior since they play this game all the time which is why they become violent. Furthermore, it is generally recognized by American research that playing those games which have too much violence subsequently these kind of games effect the children’s mind because of that violence demonstrates in their behavior. Likewise, It affects their physical health as they spend their most of the time by playing this game, in view of this they sometimes skip their meal or have less meal. In this way their physical development is affecting terribly; moreover, they are fronting eyesight problems, sleeping problems and so forth.
Now there is a big question that how to give up the bad habit of this game for children? We know that giving up anything particularly (PUBG) is very difficult but yet its not impossible. Same applies here that this addiction is not a very big deal. There have been such super-hit games that had the same effects on the minds of the children as well as youngsters. This is the reality that as time goes by it’s stardom will be died itself and the youngsters will come out from it’s clutches. It will happen soon. People will stop playing it automatically. On the other hand it should be admitted that the addiction is not of the game but of the instruments (Mobiles/ Tablets ) that provides it. So it is the responsibility of the parents that they must aware regarding the time in which their children use mobile phones. They should give them these gadgets only in-front of them so that they can know about the usage of that gadget. Furthermore, in this pandemic they have to spend their majority of the time with them by doing several things for instance: Telling stories, Playing indoor games , set their proper schedule in which they do their school tasks; moreover, they may perform different indoor activities which are related to their interests. First and foremost are all the techniques which can be useful of us specifically for those parents who are concerned about their children’s mental and physical health as well as their lives.
